Most video projects go sideways because nobody knows what happens next. Ours is deliberately boring in that respect. Here is every step, what we do, and what we need from you.
Typical time from kickoff to delivery. The variable is how quickly feedback comes back at each approval, so a project moves as fast as its review cycles.
We open with a conversation, then a capture session. We learn your product, your audience, and the story only you can tell. If the product needs to be seen working, this is where we record it, screen by screen.
You complete a Content BriefWe write the first draft. You review it and revise it until it says what you need it to say. Once you approve it, the script locks. Every visual decision that follows is built against those words, which is why a change at this stage is quick and the same change after animation begins is not.
You approve the scriptFor explainers, we draw the visual plan before a single frame is animated. You see how the idea will look and move. Demo videos skip this step because the product itself is the main visual, though we still design and animate the open and close.
You approve the visual directionYour video takes shape. Voiceover, motion, music, and pacing together for the first time. With the script already locked, this round is about the visuals, and we ask for your notes in one consolidated pass rather than in pieces over several days.
You approve the cut or send notesWe incorporate your notes and you confirm every change landed. Timing, transitions, color, and audio mix get their final pass, and the small corrections that separate finished work from nearly finished work.
You approve the video for deliveryYour final video as a 16:9 1920x1080 MP4, plus the short social cut that comes with every project. Additional sizes and formats are available as add-ons.
You have seen how we work. Tell us what you are building and we will take it from there.
